Before you can use the Time Management feature you must fist add a PIN and optionally an NFC tag to each member of staff (note, the initial release only allows mechanics to use the time management system, not other staff).
Type Mechanics in the Command Bar and you will see:
Let's add a PIN and NFC tag to Chris' record. Which Chris selected, press Edit
Here you can see that we've added a PIN (4 digits, must be unique to each member of staff). We've also read the tag ID from an NFC keyfob and allocated this to Chris' record. The mobile companion app allows your mechanics to use an NFC keyfob instead of their PIN.
Do this for all the mechanics that you want to allow to use the Time Management system.
Note, Onyx can also import TimePro records, if you want to use this feature, please be sure to set the External Alias to match the name used by this Mechanic in TimePro.
Some features of the Time Management System need special privileges (editing a staff member's entry and exit times, reviewing staff efficiency etc).
